The ideal candidate will provide essential care to our clients, assisting with daily activities and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.Compensation & Benefits:Hourly / Live-in Rate: Competitive pay, with additional bonuses for early reportingPayment Frequency: Paid weeklyBenefits: Opportunities for career advancement and supportive work environment.Responsibilities:Provide direct care to clients, including personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, medication reminders, and daily living activitiesAssist clients with dementia, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-beingMonitor and record clients' physical and emotional condition and report any changes to the supervising nurse or supervisorMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clientsLift, transfer, and provide physical support to clients as neededPromote clients' independence and self-care abilities through education and encouragementMaintain accurate and timely documentation of services providedCommunicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team membersFollow infection control measures and adhere to all company policies and proceduresRequirements:Valid Certified New Jersey Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification from an accredited programMinimum of 1 year of experience working with dementia clientsPhysical strength and ability to lift and support clientsMust pass a background check and drug screeningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to work independently and demonstrate professionalismAt least 5.5ft tallEEOC StatementActual Homecare, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
