Responsabilità del ruolo La risorsa svolgerà attività di analisi e valutazione dei processi per identificare i miglioramenti e ottimizzare le attività alla luce degli impatti sul sistema di controllo interno e gestione dei rischi. Attività • Supporto nelle attività di risk assessment ai fini dell'aggiornamento dei Modelli 231 delle società del gruppo; • Svolgimento delle attività di audit nell'ambito dell'aree a rischio dei Modelli 231; • Formulazione dei findings e redazione della reportistica relativa agli audit svolti; • Supporto nella verifica dell'implementazione delle azioni correttive individuate a seguito degli audit. Caratteristiche candidato Requisiti • Laurea Specialistica, preferibilmente in Economia Aziendale o Economia e Commercio; • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto SAP e del tool IDEA (preferenziale); • Autonomia nella gestione e nell’organizzazione del lavoro; • Capacità di analisi e problem solving; • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office; • Gradita pregressa esperienza di un anno su progetti di Risk Assessment ex D.Lgs. 231/01 e redazione di Modelli organizzativi, attività di audit di processo, progetti SOX, maturata in ruoli analoghi in contesti strutturati.
