Managed Services System Administrator
The Managed Services System Administrator is primarily responsible for working on the backend administration and escalated support issues at our HQ. All our engineers are responsible for maintaining user uptime and improving their computing experiences through effective maintenance, problem identification and resolution activities, as well as growing and developing the organizations perception with existing customers through exceptional customer service.
The Managed Services System Administrator must be energetic and focused with a strong motivation to learn new technologies and management and maintenance processes. The Managed Services System Administrator position requires dedication, persistence, effective utilization of provided resources and the ability to deliver superior customer service.
Managed Services System Administrator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of client and user support systems related to a broad range of business areas.
- Support clients' core systems for level 2-3
- Experience administering and managing core technologies such as Azure VMs, Azure AD, O365, GPO, VMware, Hyperv etc.
- Experience with network support of Cisco and Sonicwall devices (Fortigate/Fortinet a plus)
- Collaborate with teams to develop technical and specialized solutions to complex IT problems involving Microsoft-based software products
- Cloud-based solutions including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft's Office 365 suite

- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Confidence and experience in front of clients
- Strong ability to work in a team-based environment
- Ability to be a self-starter and possess good time management skills
