California, Missouri, United States Datadog Full time

New York, New York, USA; San Francisco, California, USA
As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Service Management and Emerging products, you will develop the go-to-market strategy for existing and new products in the Service Management portfolio that allow customers to go from monitoring their stack to correlating related issues, to triaging with the right owners, to taking action to remediate in a seamless workflow.
Datadog gives Product Marketing Managers the opportunity to work closely with product, sales, customer success, and other marketing functions with a high degree of autonomy to drive business growth.
You will become the expert in your product area, partnering with product management to create content for awareness, education, and onboarding, while also partnering with Sales to ensure they have the use cases, knowledge, and sales plays they need to be effective.
This is a highly cross-functional role that will involve joint effort from other PMMs to create messaging for shared use cases and collaboration with other marketing functions to produce assets like blog posts, videos, and email campaigns.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
What You'll Do:
Develop and validate the overarching Cloud Service Management narrative at Datadog.
Drive go-to-market strategy for Service Management products, such as Event Management, Case Management, and flexing to support other Emerging product needs.
Develop marketing assets such as pitch decks, case studies, blog posts, webinars, short-form product videos, and customer testimonials to drive engagement with prospects and customers.
Support product launches and industry events like DASH, Datadog's user conference, and industry events like AWS Re:Invent.
Create, teach, maintain, and optimize sales enablement and LMS curricula to increase seller opportunities.
Lead cross-team projects when opportunities arise.
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience as a Product Marketer working on a SaaS product with high complexity or facing a technical audience (ie; IT Ops, Engineers).
Strong ability to create narratives that connect use cases, capabilities, and multiple products into a compelling story.
Experience developing product messaging with technical concepts in assets such as software demos, marketectures, and presentations.
Adaptable in a fast paced environment with the ability to navigate a complex organization.
Highly organized, with the ability to communicate concisely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.
Benefits and Growth:
New hire stock equity (RSU) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing
Intra-departmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking
An inclusive company culture, opportunity to join our Community Guilds
Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.
The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role at Datadog is:
$123,000 — $165,000 USD
