Swanky Paws Pet Spa is an upscale pet salon, DIY pet spa, luxury boarding facility, and pet daycare in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a fun, team-oriented job with tons of growth potential. We are currently looking for Front Desk Receptionists looking to start or continue their career in the pet care industry.

We pay weekly, $10-$12/hr plus tips. We offer paid vacation, medical insurance reimbursement, education assistance, and employee discounts.

Our ideal candidate must be highly motivated, willing to work in a fast-paced demanding environment and be able to multitask, handle a high volume of clientele.

Responsibilities include phone service, scheduling, retail sales, client education, pet cuddling, event coordination, social media management, DIY Spa assistance, and inventory management, and, of course, customer service.

All applicants must be flexible. We are looking for a reliable, positive, and professional individual who loves the pet industry as much as we do This position will require the highest level of customer service so previous experience is a great plus. The ideal candidate must have:
  • a fantastic work ethic

  • proficiency in computer skills
  • at least basic knowledge social media marketing
  • a strong sense of self and commitment to the team
  • a dedication to providing the best possible service to clients
  • the ability to work weekends
  • Morning availability starting at 7:30 AM
  • Afternoon availability until 6:30 PM
  • someone who is dependable and looking to grow with their employer
Bilingual/multilingual applicants will be given priority. English required.

Experience:
  • Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
