As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver an outstanding in-store experience by assisting guests, processing sales orders, managing administrative tasks, and supporting overall store operations to ensure seamless customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly service in person, by phone, and via email. Process orders accurately and handle payments following proper procedures. Coordinate deliveries and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Support administrative and accounting tasks, including daily reporting. Participate in inventory and loss prevention activities. Assist with store opening and closing routines. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (18+ years old). High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
