Job Description:
  • Qualified candidate should have a strong AML/KYC background.
  • The candidate will be responsible for completing KYC reviews by updating and approving client and related party KYC files.
  • The KYC Analyst will interface with relationship teams within Wealth Management to verify that KYC information for their clients/related parties are current and complete.
  • This position provides an excellent opportunity to play an integral role in facilitating compliance with KYC regulations for domestic and international clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Update client and related party KYC files to align with current KYC company policy requirements
  • Escalate to management KYC concerns; track/report incomplete KYC reviews
  • Follow-up with business on required documentation and obtain approval for the updated KYC file
  • Education the business on policy requirement.
Experience, Skills Desired:
  • The position requires excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong customer-service orientation in addition to the following:
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required, if the candidate has previous experience;
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience preferred;
  • Compliance/Anti-Money Laundering experience preferred (e.g., KYC, Customer Identification, or Audit experience);
  • Working knowledge of Client regulations
  • Working knowledge of Registered Investment Advisors
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment; and have a strong work ethic.
RATE RANGE: $25.00 - $30.00/hr. W2 (based on experience)
