Summary: Due to tremendous growth, we are expanding the team and are looking for an extraordinary Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance to join the team

In this critical role, you will have an immediate impact while directly contributing to achieving our company's growth goals and creating an accounting organization that will scale as our business rapidly grows. Reporting to the VP, Corporate Finance & Controller, you will be a key contributor in analyzing, presenting and forecasting the financial and business performance of the company.

*This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid working model.*

Responsibilities:

    • Calculate commission utilizing Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, and CIQ. Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Accounting, and Data & Insights to generate timely and accurate commission reporting. Respond to questions regarding commission plans and incentives, and make recommendations on commission plan updates
    • Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial results and trends and synthesize results to provide critical financial insights to leadership
    • Create and maintain a rolling operational cash-flow forecast
    • Connect results and key metrics to provide a detailed, but concise explanation around performance and forward-looking projections
    • Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
    • Contribute to ad hoc analysis projects and deliverables
    • Prepare financials presentations for senior management team
Qualifications:
    • 3-6 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a high-growth environment is required
    • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred
    • Strong working knowledge of financial statements, with advanced financial modeling skills and experience maintaining a three-statement financial model
    • Experience in detailed cash forecasting and planning preferred
    • Prior experience with financial planning or ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Mosaic, CIQ), and a strong aptitude and interest in understanding of how to structure and distill data into meaningful insights
    • Great at building trust and gaining support across the organization
    • Direct, honest, and supportive in communications and takes ownership of the accuracy, reliability and relevance of you work


What we offer

The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $115,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary this role is eligible for additional company benefits such as stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
