Job Description Job Description REPORTS TO: SGM Corporate Facilities MaintenanceDESCRIPTION: The Capital Asset Manager focus is Management of KNA Owned Assets as well as Management of Spare Parts and R&M Costs including Standardization thereof. The Capital Asset Manager will be able to work with a team or independently. The position is located at the Manchester PEC office.RESPONSIBILITIES:Supports Annual Physical Inventory of KNA Owned AssetsAsset Inventory Organization/ImplementationSpare Part Cage Inventory Support (3rd Party)Responsible for Tracking/Reporting of R&M Costs/Development of Annual BudgetSupport of R&M Cost Variance and Updated forecast with Sr Financial AnalystResponsible for Assignment of KNA Asset NumbersMaintain KNA PE INFOR Asset System including but not limited to Reporting/Location/Cost/OEMResponsible for Transfer of Assets in INFOR and coordination with Accounting/MFZMaintain Out of Service Equipment InventoryManage Spare Parts/Inventory System including but not limited to Minimum Stock Reorders/Central Storage LocationsStandardization of Spare Parts Inventory Part Numbers across all divisionsCentral Spare Parts Master List ManagementINFOR Special Report Development to support KPI AnalysisTraining/Work Instructions for All Sites for Work Orders including Addition of CostsOther Duties as AssignedEDUCATION:Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Preferred; however Work Experience can be substitutedMinimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing Company/Automotive PreferredEXPERIENCE:Experience in Manufacturing/Process Flows/ Advanced Problem Solving/ Purchasing functionsSKILLS:Detail OrientedCritical Thinking / Problem SolvingMust be able to work independently in the absence of supervisionBasic ExcelOTHER:Must be able to work overtime as requiredAuthorities for an employee are granted by means of work instructions, policies and procedures and/or direction provided by management to meet the requirements of the customerWork Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.Remote work is currently being used (Policy subject to change)Physical Demands:This is largely a sedentary role.
