Summary:
This is an exciting role for someone to make a material mark on our organization by driving growth in our Enterprise Accounts. As a Client Partner, you will be assigned high growth accounts where you will be a key member of the team driving growth and service expansion. You will also be responsible for Customer Satisfaction as retaining these clients is crucial to your success. This is also an opportunity to contribute to further defining our Enterprise Account Strategy as a foundational member of this strategic team.
As a proven Client Partner you will have a background in Technology Services and blend a deep level of service experience with a passion for partnering with customers to drive customer success. You will be the key interface between Datavail and our Enterprise clients with overall responsibility for the long-term relationship and growth of the portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor while monitoring the operational, financial, and quality performance of the service experience. This role will focus on growing a portfolio by developing strategic relationships with decision makers. Compensation for this role will be a blend of salary plus bonus dependent on the delivery execution and portfolio revenue growth.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients and understand where their specific needs align with Datavail capabilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their data management requirements, including database performance optimization, data security, and compliance needs and where they are on their Cloud adoption journey
- Gain insights into their analytics goals, such as predictive modeling, business intelligence reporting, and real-time data analysis
- Understand the complexities of their data warehousing needs, including data integration, ETL processes, and scalability requirements
- Comprehend their enterprise application landscape, including ERP systems, CRM platforms, and custom applications, and how these systems interact with databases and analytics solutions
- Develop a strategic account plan by partnering with the Sales team and collaborating with Customer Success, Solution Architects and Business Unit Leaders to define and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling additional services
- Responsible for the entire customer journey, advancing and driving growth into the Datavail portfolio
- Deliver high levels of client satisfaction (CSAT) by monitoring and staying informed of service delivery to ensure that Datavail is delivering an advisory and consultative service experience
- Demonstrate and understand the Datavail service offering landscape and service delivery frameworks to maximize the value of Datavail services and identify opportunities and strategies to improve the client business, drive action, and achieve results by partnering with Datavail
- Ensure customer executive leadership has visibility of the successful delivery of engaged services and mitigate any risks/issues that may arise during service execution in collaboration with Customer Success and Business Unit Leadership
- Execute this through a recurring governance meetings
- Own any/all escalations from the Customer - ensure proper follow up and resolution to maintain high CSAT results
- Maintain and facilitate C-Level and Technology Leadership relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Datavail Service Offerings to client executive leadership
- Maintain open and transparent communication channels between client leadership and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and key deliverables
- Chair and facilitate a recurring internal governance meeting to Datavail leadership where you communicate the current state of the account in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Delivery Leadership
- Drive revenue growth and expand profitable gross margin
- Understand key customer budget and financial milestones
- Partnering with the Customer Success Team, monitor and optimize the consumption of the Datavail Services on behalf of the client
- Where appropriate, proactively recommend adjustments to the service levels to meet current or future needs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is required
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Azure and AWS services and solutions
- Understanding of best practices, methodologies, and migrations within the cloud provider platforms
- Ability to spend ~30-40% travel to client or delivery team locations
- 10+ years' experience in Information Technology or related field
- 10+ years' experience in account management, customer service or service management, with an IT managed service or outsourcing provider is a must
- Experience in establishing client vision, owning account growth and portfolio expansion initiatives
- Experience in project management and business operation with exposure to business process and information flow
- Experience with complex inter-related projects in matrix-managed business
- Knowledge of IT industry practices and standards
