+ Assesses the needs of the client and can act as advisor or processor, depending on the request.

+ Ability to revise templates or create freeform responses. Responsible for creating financial transactions (automated and manual) to debit / credit policy accounts depending on the nature of the request.

+ Assists with training, system testing and process changes.

+ Special projects as assigned

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience:

+ 2+ years of office work experience

+ Insurance industry work experience preferred

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong PC skills - proficiency in Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Teams

+ Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and customer service focus

+ Demonstrated use of sound judgment skills with solid decision-making abilities

+ Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize work

+ Independent problem-solving skills

+ Basic Math Skills

Preferred experience:

+ Property and Casualty license preferred

+ Required to obtain the P&C license within 6 months of hire date
