Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: San Francisco, CA (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Sales Assistant to join their dynamic team in San Francisco. This newly created role is essential to support our Head of Sales, two Sales Executives, and two Traders based in SF, with additional support for a remote team member in LA. You will be collaborating closely with another EA/AA supporting the research team and another assisting the Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Sales and the Sales and Trading team.
  • Coordinate client meetings, events, roadshows, and manage complex travel logistics.
  • Maintain effective internal and external communication with clients and team members.
  • Adapt quickly to new systems and platforms; demonstrate strong technical skills.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and a dependable presence in the office four days a week.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Administrative Experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Energetic, proactive, and resourceful with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies and navigate different platforms efficiently.
  • Prior experience in the financial industry is preferred, with familiarity in financial terminology and client expectations.
  • Background in banking, sell side/buy side, hedge funds, or asset management is a plus.
