This role is responsible for overseeing GCP activities and leading event investigations across a range of modalities. This is a great opportunity for hands-on role QA professionals looking to take a step up into a position of responsibility and leadership

Position:

  • Title: Director, GCP Quality Assurance
  • Salary: $185k-$230k + 25% bonus + equity + benefits
  • Location: Central Boston, MA (Hybrid)
  • Start date: ASAP

Areas of experience needed:

  • 10+ years' QA experience in biotech (small molecule or biologics)
  • 2+ years' management experience
  • GCP Quality / Clinical Quality Assurance experience essential
  • Experience successfully leading event investigations (Non-Conformances, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA)
