Enterprise Customer Success Manager

At Alvys, customer experience is at the core of our business. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will represent our company to our highest value customers in the freight and logistics arena. Alvys Transportation Management System represents a comprehensive overhaul of our customer’s operating procedures and systems. As such, your work will be directly responsible for providing the tools that springboard your clients to greater efficiency and commercial growth.
This is a full-time, long-term role at an ambitious, early-stage company. As such, it might require you to wear multiple hats, think creatively, and adaptively navigate unstructured terrain.
Enterprise Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and grow relationships with our customers by facilitating adoption of the Alvys platform
Partner with our customers to understand their needs and develop meaningful plans that feed their long-term goals
Use best practices and innovative tactics to drive revenue growth
Offer strategic solutions to customers, earning their trust by educating them on how to use Alvys to drive efficiencies in their business
Manage key metrics that feed into team-based goals around product adoption, retention, growth, and advocacy
Serve as the customer advocate to ensure product feedback is passed to our Product and Engineering teams. Dive deep into business use cases to understand customer impact and growth potential
Enterprise Customer Success Manager Requirements:
At least 5 years relevant experience in vertical SaaS, Customer Experience or Project Management roles
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests.
Results oriented; you always have your next goal in mind, and a plan to get there
You are willing to travel 20%-30% of the time (travel may fluctuate)
Knowledge of supply chain technology trends and patterns is preferred.
The drive and energy to balance multiple priorities at once
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills, especially with CRM software
