Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Description

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining regular and positive communication with clients, performing financial data analysis to identify trends and variances, and providing valuable insights to clients. You will be involved in frequent virtual meetings with clients, presenting financial reports and KPI analysis. Your duties will also include developing budgets, managing cash flow forecasts, and overseeing QuickBooks file clean-ups. As a team leader, you will effectively manage and delegate client work, review the work performed by the accounting team and schedule weekly meetings with them. Your participation in monthly 1:1 check-ins and daily huddles will also be expected.

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

The work schedule is from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Any flexibility needed should be communicated upfront. The position will report directly to the Accounting Manager.
