OpEx Engineer

Job Title: OpEx EngineerJob Description

Seeking an OpEx Engineer to join a new team within a large medical device company, supporting the continuous improvement efforts within their manufacturing team. This role involves comparing and evaluating data and processes to optimize production and quality across global operations.

Hard Skills

+ 5+ years' experience in continuous improvement role within engineering

+ Knowledge and experience in FDA/GMP environment, medical device preferred

+ LEAN/Six Sigma belt certification

+ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

+ Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (PDC/DMAIC) preferred

Soft Skills

+ Ability to teach and coach LEAN/Six Sigma principles

+ Strong analytical skills for process improvement

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lakewood, Colorado.

Work Environment

Onsite - combination of manufacturing and office; Travel (international/domestic) as needed for business
