Overview Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to create and maintain high-quality software solutions that support our manufacturing processes. The role includes custom software development using the .NET platform, integration, and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and troubleshooting production issues. Base pay $95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Benefits An Engaging Work Environment Opportunities for Advancement Tuition Reimbursement Competitive Pay (we pay weekly) Comprehensive Benefits Package & 401(k) Match Generous Paid Time Off Responsibilities Collaborates closely with Plant Engineers, Product Managers, and other departments to plan, architect, and implement software solutions that support business processes. Provides on-site and remote technical support to Dynamic Manufacturing employees, escalating issues to IT resources and business partners as needed. Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations. Required Skills/Abilities Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Promotes a culture of learning and continuous improvement while motivating team members. Excellent time management and prioritization abilities; highly service-oriented and responsive. Skilled at recognizing, analyzing, and resolving problems promptly and effectively, following best practices and established procedures. Self-motivated and able to work independently across diverse teams, business partners, and external vendors on various projects. Proficient in DevOps principles, including Agile methodologies, version control, secure coding practices, and automation pipelines. Works as an instrument of change, maintaining existing solutions whilst preparing and applying optimizations to improve and future-proof; promotes an environment of learning. Education And Experience BA or BS in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of software development experience in a corporate environment. 3+ years of experience with the .NET platform and Entity Framework Core; full stack web development experience is a plus. Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and SQL. Extensive experience working with both relational and non-relational databases. Experience collaborating with corporate executives and management-level personnel. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues, working alongside business partners. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus. Proficient with Windows and Linux operating systems; containerization experience is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
