Janitorial Worker

Job Overview: Ray Laethem is looking to hire someone to preform Janitorial Duties and take care of our Building. The Janitor will be responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and special projects of our dealership.

Job Duties:

* Daily Cleaning

* Complete Overall Dealership Maintenance

* Trash Removal

* Completing special projects assigned by the owner

Skills Required:

* Ability to understand verbal or written instructions

* Ability to work well with others

* Ability to perform fair amounts of physical activity

* Occasionally will be asked to lift heavy objects

Job Requirements:

* No previous experience required

* A valid driver license

* Your own personal auto insurance

* Ability to pass a background and drug screen
