We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Director to join the senior leadership team. This is a pivotal, hands-on role that encompasses both commercial and operational responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving our growth strategy, with a particular focus on M&A integration. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial guidance and insight to the CEO and executive team, supporting decision-making and long-term planning. Lead the financial due diligence and integration of acquired businesses, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with our strategic objectives. Oversee financial operations across all sites, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
