Reporting to the VP of IT for Business Applications, the Sr. Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce will support the global sales team by leveraging our Salesforce CRM functionality to automate sales processes and reporting to help drive increases in sales and more nimble responses to changes in our business environment. This role involves working directly with sales leadership to determine the underlying technical needs of the sales team and implement those requirements within the Salesforce platform. They will work with business and IT peers in the Business Intelligence team to drive the development of tools and dashboards that allow the Sales team to act on the Salesforce data. They will work closely with counterparts in the sales organization to drive the adoption of Salesforce within the sales organization, gather requirements for and prioritize improvements, and ensure the integrity of data and metadata stored within Salesforce.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the business to determine product roadmap, establish requirements, prioritize development, and guide these changes into production.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to drive strong and measurable positive business outcomes for the teams using Salesforce.
  • Train current and new users on the proper use of Masimo Consumer's Consumer Goods Cloud salesforce instance, including-but not limited to-group training, 1:1 training, virtual training/pre-recorded training, and maintenance of training documentation.
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce engagement within the organization. Monitor usage and take appropriate actions to address low usage. Work with sales management to promote Salesforce actively within the organization.
  • Establish policies, procedures, and processes to govern the usage, security, and maintenance of CRM data and metadata stored within Salesforce.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the business for Salesforce, including, but not limited to, Access management, user questions, and report/data troubleshooting.
  • Drive improvement of data integrity within Salesforce and downstream systems, e.g., NAV ERP and Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Support QA/UAT testing for major releases.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a business analyst supporting a sales and marketing organization in the use of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Prior experience managing data integrity and data cleanliness with large data sets from multiple sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and data visualization to drive actionable insights within the business.
  • Prior experience working with Agile methodology, Experience with Atlassian toolset a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with ERP functionality, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and/or SAP is highly desired.
  • Prior experience with Jira project management tool.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRMs as applied to Consumer Electronics or Consumer Packaged Goods industries.


Compensation: The anticipated range for this position is $100,000 to $145,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
