IT Desktop Analyst I

- Provides day-to-day consultation, training, instruction and troubleshooting or problem-solving to technical staff and end users for hardware, software and related computer systems.
- End user support for handheld and peripheral devices.
- Implement performance upgrades to PCs, including the installation of CPUs, I/O and NIC cards, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, CD-ROMs, etc.
- Maintain IT inventory.
- Document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal.
- Onsite branch/ department support.
- Handle the ticketing system, phone and email support.
- Support may be required in emergencies, either in-person or remotely, and sometimes after normal business hours.
- Required: Ability to troubleshoot PC problem & basic network issue.
- Required: Intermediate Microsoft product knowledge (OS & Office suite).
- Required: Strong customer service skill.
- Required: Strong foundation of MS Windows OS which include AD and GPO
- Required: Familiarity with various MS products which include MS O365
- Preferred: Research new technology to benefit Desktop operation.
- Minimum Education Level: Associate's Degree

The salary range for this full-time position is $19.24 Hourly - $21.64 Hourly + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
