**Job Title:** Retail Associate / Cashier / Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate at Dollar Tree.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling all sales transactions while operating assigned cash register;
  • Maintaining security of all cash;
  • Maintaining a high level of good customer service;
  • Protecting all company assets;
  • Exhibiting a pleasant, friendly, cooperative attitude with customers, co-workers and supervisors;
  • Fully cross-training to assist with unloading truck; receiving and stocking merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Floor Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stockroom Management: Receive, stock, and rotate merchandise in the stockroom.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, complete tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
