EH Wolf & Sons is a family owned and operated company distributing fuels and lubricants to a wide range of industries. Due to a retirement, we are seeking a territory sales manager in Northwestern Wisconsin. This position will focus on growth and account management in northwestern WI.E.H. Wolf & Sons work hard to create a workplace centered around our company core values while providing quality fuel and lubrication products. We drive home the importance of our employees and our commitment to providing them with a safe environment through open and honest communication. We are looking to add individuals to our team atmosphere that have a strong work ethic, a desire to have a positive impact on others and ability to adapt to our ever-changing industry.Compensation package consists of a base salary, uncapped commission program, company car, healthcare benefits, 401k matching program, discretionary profit sharing, vacation & paid holidays. The position currently has a book of business to manage and the expectation will be to grow the product lines we carry. The ideal candidate will have the following: Experience in the lubricant and fuel industryKnowledge of selling B2BWillingness to travel overnight as requiredSelf starterTakes initiative to learn new products and processesAbility to work in a team environmentHunter mindset and accountableRequirementsMinimum requirements CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Sage, etc....)Bachelors degree or related experience3-5 yrs of sales experience with proven successUnderstanding of sales processesFlexible and understands accountabilityKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Understands how to sell value added solutionsIt is the policy of E.H.
