We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNA)

to join our team at Avera Health, providing exceptional long term care services to residents in our assisted living facility. About the Role:

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of licensed nurses, the CNA provides direct personal care and services to meet the physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs of residents. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care, maintaining confidentiality and dignity while promoting a safe and comfortable environment. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring resident comfort and well-being. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address residents' unique needs and preferences. Career Advancement Opportunities:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota is essential. Certifications:

Obtain medication aide certification within 120 days of starting this position. Work Schedule:

Evening shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm / 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, every other weekend/holiday involvement. Compensation:
