Job Description:

This sub family is responsible for all activities related to the assembly of products. Duties may include performing both repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations, working from diagrams and drawings, and using hand and power tools.

Impact:

Responsible for leading some operations within an area that has significant impact on results for the job family. Responsible for assisting and training lower-level support employees.

Complexity:

Resolves unclear problems and issues faced, which may require understanding of broader set of issues. Problems may span a range of issues or areas. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experiences, with analysis of the issue.

Communication:

Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the family on matters to obtain or provide information on matters of significant importance to the job family.

Knowledge:

Has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the job and their practical application to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Requires extensive knowledge in specialized functions.

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience
