Desktop Analyst

Do you love troubleshooting tech and helping others? We are looking for a passionate IT Desktop Support Technician The right candidate will provide top-notch support to our employees, keeping their desktops and software running smoothly. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, solve problems reported via the Service Desk, research complex issues, and even train employees on using their equipment. Responsibilities And Duties

In-depth understanding of managing user accounts, groups, permissions, and group policies within the Active Directory domain environment.

Experience configuring Group Policies to enforce security settings, deploy software, and manage user desktops across the organization.

Proficiency in using tools for remotely accessing and troubleshooting user desktops, such as TeamViewer or similar software.

Experience working with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira to track, manage, and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests.

Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections to allow secure remote access to the corporate network.

Strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Familiarity with tools used for automated software deployment and configuration management, such as SCCM or Puppet.

Experience using software for remote monitoring and management of desktops, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager or similar tools

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and administration tools for troubleshooting user issues.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, such as Information Technology or Information Systems.
