Performs basic custodial and housekeeping functions for University buildings. Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus. AU student employees are not eligible for TES. Essential Functions Assists with cleaning of in house E & G buildings. Responsible for sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, cleaning offices and classrooms, and stocking consumables. Maintains equipment and supplies in order to complete tasks. May perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Ability to read and write.
