Description JOB SUMMARY: Ambassador for the Avi and Native Harvest Buffet Cafe. You are the first customer contact for your outlet. Provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to our guests. Smile and make eye contact. Remain knowledgeable about property activities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required. Provide customer service to our guests. Rotate seating. Maintain constant awareness of the floor status. Pull out chair for guests; present menu (ladies first). Answer phones; take reservations Able to function as cashier; know POS system; use proper cash handling procedures. Complete side work. Act as lead in the absence of a supervisor. Follow all departmental policies and procedures. Assist where needed.MARGINAL FUNCTIONS: Must wear business casual attire, name badge and company approved safety shoe with slip resistant sole. Shifts and days off may vary according to business levels Good oral and written communication skills.
