Pest Control Technician

In a Pest Control Technician position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations.

Benefits
- Wage comparable to $24 - $29 / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)

What to Expect
You will be treating approximately 12 to 14 homes per day. Routes will be created for you daily and will consist of the same customers for all their services so that you can build relationships with your customers.
You will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to find any points of entry for insects and rodents while identifying any pest infestations and coming up with appropriate treatment plans. You will communicate clearly with customers about any findings you have and share treatment plans, preventative measures to take, and any additional services we offer to help keep our customers pest-free.
You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Lakewood, WA for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.
Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ months of customer-facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- 6+ months of home-visit technician experience
- 6+ months of sales experience
- Previous experience in pest control
- Currently licensed in pest control
Requirements
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must have a current valid driver's license.
- You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
- You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.
