Job DescriptionSchedule:Mon, Thu 12-8pm , Tue, Wed, Fri 8am-4pm, weekend hours on a rotational basisSalary:$21.39 / hourSign on bonus:$1000; $500 upon completion of 30 days, $500 upon completion of 6 monthsThe ACCS Outreach Worker promotes the full integration and functioning of adults with psychiatric conditions needed to live successfully in the community by working towards life goals.
