Lead Recruiter at Strategic Staffing Solutions Client Services Operations Analyst - NO CTC NO THIRD PARTY Dallas, TX - onsite position- Local Applicants only please Duration: 6 months Pay rate: $23/hour You will be the link between the client, advisors, and internal teams to ensure compliant, accurate, and efficient onboarding of new clients. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, Economics, Statistics or similar 1+ years financial industry experience (AML, Compliance or other Client On-boarding Regulatory experience) or banking operations experience (account set up, regulatory compliance, client onboarding, etc) Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as proficiency with web-based applications Exceptional organization skills Good judgment and strong problem resolution skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly Excellent communication and presentation skills Day to Day Collecting and verifying all client information needed for regulatory compliance (AML, KYC) and adherence to firm policies. Ensuring accurate account documentation and data integrity for new client accounts. Collaborating with PWM teams, Compliance, Legal, and other Operations groups to provide a smooth and compliant onboarding experience. Requesting and validating client products (like margin accounts, options, debit cards) in internal systems and ensuring downstream systems recognize them correctly. Resolving issues and improving account opening workflows and processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
