RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Strategic Supply Planning: Develop and execute supply planning strategies that align with customer demand, minimize inventory costs, and enhance service levels across our parts distribution, remanufacturing, and OEM manufacturing units.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless material availability and product delivery.Demand Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to examine demand, sales trends, and historical data to determine accurate inventory targets and replenishment plans for our diverse product lines.Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs and excess inventory while maintaining target fill rates and inventory turns for all business segments.Supplier Coordination: Work in tandem with our procurement team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components, actively managing lead times, order quantities, and supplier performance.Financial Alignment: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure supply chain decisions align with financial goals, providing insights on budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.Process Improvement: Identify and address supply chain bottlenecks or issues, proposing and implementing process improvements tailored to each area of our business.Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) on supply chain performance, highlighting areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and regulatory requirements to proactively manage supply chain operations in our diverse business segments.Market Insights: Collaborate with demand planning and sales teams to understand market dynamics, new product launches, and promotions, aligning supply plans accordingly.System Optimization: Support the implementation and optimization of supply chain systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and demand planning tools.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, finance, or a related field.Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related roles, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.Solid understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, demand forecasting, and production planning methodologies, with specific knowledge of the parts distribution, remanufacturing, and OEM manufacturing industries.Proficiency in using supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. NetSuite MRP preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.Join us in driving excellence and efficiency in our supply chain operations, making a meaningful impact on our business success and customer satisfaction.
