Warranty Administrator

Car Dealership in Greeley Colorado is looking for a part-time Warranty Administrator.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Submitting and securing payment for warranty claims to the manufacturer and service contracts to various companies

- Posting credit memos and basic journal entries

- Maintaining a clean working schedule for warranty repairs and service contracts

- Completing rental agreements and issuing rental vehicles to service department guests

- Managing the rental units, submitting insurance claims when necessary

- Answering phones on a multi line phone system, paging and transferring calls accordingly, taking messages for unavailable employees

-Scanning documents into our electronic filing system

- Other basic tasks needed to be done in the office

The position offers flexible working hours, ranging between 20-25 hours per week, depending on the candidate's availability and business needs. It is essential for the candidate to be available during the last five working days of each month to meet critical business requirements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability. They must be willing and prepared to work diligently each day. Additionally, the candidate should possess independent thinking and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in an office setting is required, and experience in the automotive industry is considered a plus.
