We are looking for an experienced React developer to join our growing global team. You will work with a diverse global team of developers, designers, and content creators to help shape React and web digital experiences.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Lead Pega UI initiatives and provide solutions to complex problems
  • Manage and coordinate work amongst a team of developers to ensure work is done in a timely manner
  • Build and code enterprise level React applications and UI design system
  • Resolve complex issues reported on existing applications
  • Partner with other IT teams to seamlessly integrate React applications and UI solutions with Pegas enterprise systems
  • Refine complex requirements into bite sized technical specs
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization
  • Help with the technical evolution of the Pega Digital IT React and Design System framework
  • Implement development best practices
Who You Are:

A motivated, and accomplished web developer with a record of accomplishment of building state-of-the-art, scalable, extensible, and feature rich React applications, with the following qualities:
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on projects
  • Passionate about learning and applying new JavaScript and web technology
  • Committed to collaboration and teamwork in all facets of development
  • Excellent critical reasoning, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Have experimented with Generative AI Applications
What You've Accomplished:
  • 7+ of React experience
  • 7+ experience working with Design Systems
  • 10+ years HTML/CSS/Javascript development experience with a CMS
  • 5+ years experience with GIT with branching strategies like GitFlow
  • 5+ years experience with agile software development and Scrum
  • Experience building UI Experiences in Drupal, helpful
  • BS or equivalent
