CFS Indianapolis is working with a PE owned manufacturer in Indianapolis that is adding a Treasury Manager to their corporate team. If you have prior treasurer management experience, have strong addition to detail, and can work directly with upper level management, this role may be for you.

Job Duties of Treasury Manager:

• Ensuring invoices and payments to suppliers are processed promptly and accurately through various methods such as checks, electronic transfers, and wire disbursements.
• Assisting the company in its dealings with lending institutions and overseeing cash management tasks including invoicing, debt collection, vendor payments, and predicting cash flow.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to cash and treasury management across the organization
• Leading efforts to streamline the accounts payable process and drive transformative changes, utilizing modern techniques, tools, and enhancing team capabilities for future readiness.
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the accounts payable team.
• Own full-cycle accounts payable including tracking, recording, coding, approval routing and payment posting.
• Provide oversight on daily cash movements across all bank accounts.
• Oversee 3-4 direct reports
• Report directly to Director of Finance and work closely with CFO managing AP for 6 locations.
  
  

Qualifications of Treasury Manager:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
5+ years of high volume accounts payable or treasury experience
2+ years of management experience
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work well in a team setting
