YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
You will assist the Director of Information Systems in customizing database UI, including designing, installing, and updating.
You will assist with creating and delivering end-user training and documentation and contribute expertise to operations and technical support teams.
You will participate in system administration functions, including, but not limited to, data validation processes, imports/exports, duplicate resolution processes, system change requests, and system integration/user acceptance testing, to ensure the ongoing integrity and security of data consistent with PRM policies.
You will measure and audit varying data for quality issues, develop protocols to assess database results and resolve problem areas.
You will respond to data retrieval requests, generate accurate reports using existing tools, and escalate database issues or complex reporting needs to the manager or outside vendor where necessary.
You will participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle, specifically teaching others to steward data and electronics in a biblical manner.
Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with process improvement using software solutions.
Experience with Microsoft SQL.
You have excellent knowledge of database design. Experience in Microsoft's SSRS, SSMS, Visual Studio, and Power BI is a plus.
You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and can perform complex data analysis and audit validations.
You are incredibly detail-oriented with complex, highly detailed, and comprehensive information.
You can work independently on multiple projects and set and meet deadlines.
You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
