For some, traveling and being away is fun; however, many travelers miss being home. Out Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

**You Will Make A Difference By:**

* Cleaning bathtubs, toilets, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.

* Adhering to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.

* Stripping and making beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.

* Dusting all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.

* Pushing and pulling vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash.

* Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.

* Visually inspecting rooms for cleanliness and appearance.

* Complying with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

* Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

**You Will Bring To The Table:**

* Previous hotel/resort experience

* The ability to communicate effectively

* Self-starting personality with an even disposition

* A professional appearance and manner at all times.

* Ability to communicate well with guests

* A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

* Willingness to pitch-in and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.

* Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment.

* Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.

* Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head to perform cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces

* High level of attention to detail

* Flexibility and ability to work various shifts

* Ability to work in high pressure situations
