About the role We are seeking an experienced Logistics Claims Specialist responsible for processing and reconciling customer claims, posting and maintaining documentation of chargebacks for large retailers. In addition, the individual will be responsible for SIOC certification and tracking of carrier performance with 3PL. They offer support with the maintenance of logistics policies, administer, and maintain compliance programs; coordinate with Finance and Sales teams to promote accurate and timely processing of claims.
