CANNABIS PACKAGING TECH (Evening Shift)

If so, Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Packaging Technicians to work at their production facility 60 mins Northwest of Worcester, MA. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. For individuals who do a great job, there is the potential to be hired on in a permanent role

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing (www.viridianstaffing.com) is the premier staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

As a Packaging Technician, you will help to measure cannabis products, package the product, and then label the product accordingly. You may also get to help collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality. You may perform a variety of other processing tasks as needed. While experience packaging cannabis is not required, you should have experience adhering to strict health and safety policies and procedures. Attention to detail and the ability to closely follow standard operating procedures is required. You should also have the ability to sit, stand, twist, AND kneel for up to 8 hours at a time. Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of Massachusetts
  • Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 8 hours/day
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with your hands
  • Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to take direction
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
  • Ability to arrive on time
  • Willingness to comply with OSHA regulations


Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.50/hr
