Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and trends
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably in the service industry
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
