Head of Product , you will work strategically, form a powerful team and ensure the company's economic success by constantly developing innovations, entering new markets, and increasing sales and profitability sustainably. What you will do

Keep focus on the long-term value creation and cohesive user experience to fulfil the mission of the company.

Monetization Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to monetize the product, including in-app purchases, upselling, managing refunds, retargeting, and enhancing financial performance

Market Analysis: Continuously monitor competitors and alternative monetization methods, identifying opportunities for growth

Experimentation: Regularly propose and test new product experiments, analyzing opportunities, validating MVPs, and implementing successful strategies

We expect that you

Demonstrated success in crafting and executing consumer product strategies that grow business in target markets (US, EU, UK)

Experienced at leading product teams and finding and hiring exceptional talent

Achieved success delivering consumer-facing products that drive real user value and business financial goals

Leveraged both user experience and AB testing to find product/market fit

Have strong customer empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap

Ready to do detailed work while also contributing to executive decisions and working with investors

Have a "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for great collaboration

Excellent English skills (C1)

Beneficial skills

Background in consumer mobile app

Personal or professional experience or interest in skincare, wellness, beauty, or related fields
