Summary:

Seeking Cyber Security Specialist III for the INSCOM Cloud Initiative (ICI) and the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP). Requires a TS/SCI clearance with 5+ years of experience providing subject atter expertise support providing technical ingestion expertise to ICI & AIDP assigned exercises, and oversight of ICI & AIDP operational entity databases, and have a total of 9 years of information technology experience.

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications and Skills include:

  • Five (5) year's experience with bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Nine (9) year's experience in Information Technology (IT).
  • Hands-on experience with EMASS and in-depth knowledge of the ATO process.
  • Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth, and common security elements.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data (e.g., NetFlow, FPC), and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigations.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions.
  • Familiarity with the DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management Program.
  • Proficiency with any of the following: Anti-virus, HIPS, ID/PS, Full Packet Capture, Host-Based Forensics, Network Forensics, and RSA Security.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Five (5) years of position-relevant work experience.

Substitutions: A candidate holding a relevant master's degree may be granted two (2) years experience credit. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted four (4) years experience credit. A candidate with HS diploma requires four (4) years of additional relevant experience. A candidate with an Associates degree requires two (2) years of additional relevant experience.

Certifications: DoD 8570.01-m IAM Level III or IASAE Level III.
