*(GA Licensed) *INCENTIVE PAY, SIGN-ON BONUS** *Summary: *Plans, evaluates, and implements high quality medical care with appropriate resource management to patients (ages 2 and up) *Job Duties and Responsibilities:* * Obtains complete medical history and physical date on patients * Synthesizes data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plan, utilizing principles of prevention * Performs a complete physical exam and records findings * Orders appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures * Sutures minor lacerations * Recommends community resources to meet patient and family needs * Instructs patient and family regarding medications and treatment * Maintains and reviews patient records and other pertinent information * Participates in activities/meetings as required to support operations of the urgent care center * Completes necessary documentation and ensures communication to facilitate patient care and appropriate reimbursement * Maintains patient confidentiality *Requirements:* * Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant * 2 years of related experience; or the ability to practice independently without onsite supervision * DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire * RN *Benefits: *Competitive compensation and benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunitiesExperience: * EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred) * PA-C (Preferred) * Physician Assistant License (Preferred) Work Location: In person by Jobble
