  • Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square-foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting-edge technology, and patient-focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit.
Responsibilities
  • Front Line greeter serves visitors by greeting them warmly and professionally.
  • Answer telephones, and respond to and send faxes.
  • Directs visitors, employee and patients appropriately.
  • Must have strong communication skills and computer skills.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • High School graduate.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Requires excellent ability to effectively communicate with hospital staff and administration.
  • Additional skills required: Demonstrates proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet skills, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to secure and maintain private and confidential information.
Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of office environment experience
