Home Health Nurse?Responsibilities Deliver hands on nursing care in the home, including comprehensive patient assessments, wound care, medication administration, and other skilled services Provide patient education to patients and families for a wide variety of diagnoses, ensuring the patient can effectively manage their conditions at home Facilitate communication to all members of the patients care team, incorporating family members, therapists, social workers, home health aides, and physicians Complete accurate and timely documentation of services provided Pay rate RN: $70k - $100k annually (salaried position with weekly bonus opportunities) Our Culture?
