POSITION SUMMARY: This key role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The position involves leading a marketing team, collaborating with various departments, and overseeing marketing initiatives. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with executives on marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track ROI.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas.
  • Oversee internet marketing, including social media and SEO.
  • Develop and manage content for various platforms.
  • Coordinate with HR on employment branding and recruitment materials.
  • Promote the company's mission through media and communications.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is required.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in strategic marketing planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset and passion for innovation.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing ROI.
  • Flexible schedule availability and adherence to company goals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive solutions.
