**Descripcin de la oferta**

En Grupo Planeta estamos buscando incorporar a un *Project Manager trainee* dentro del departamento de Innovacin de Grupo Planeta, concretamente para el proyecto Infoproductos, un nuevo modelo de formacin online, 100% digital y en crecimiento exponencial.

La posicin ser bajo la supervisin de la Project Manager y el principal objetivo de la persona incorporada ser dar soporte en todas las tareas relacionadas en la gestin y la ejecucin del proyecto.

*Apoyo al Project Manager en todas sus tareas y liderazgo de alguna de ellas:*

Diseo y estrategia anual del proyecto.

* Soporte en la revisin continua del catlogo de Planeta y de la competencia para identificar posibles proyectos.

* Soporte en la captacin de autores.

* Apoyo en la gestin de autores antes y durante la duracin del proyecto.

* Soporte en la coordinacin de cada uno de los proyectos:

+ Elaboracin del timing y control del cumplimiento del mismo.

+ Reparto de tareas entre las partes implicadas (autor, guionista y community manager).

+ Creacin del producto y gestin del mismo dentro de la plataforma tecnolgica.

+ Creacin de los canales de comunicacin con los alumnos.

+ Elaboracin de las presentaciones de apoyo para algunas de las clases.

* Ayudar en el Reporting:

+ Seguimiento y anlisis de los kpis de cada proyecto.

+ Elaboracin y seguimiento de las cuentas de resultados de cada uno de los proyectos.

**Requisitos**

* Convenio de prcticas.

* Oportunidad para desarrollarte profesionalmente dentro del departamento de innovacin, un departamento clave en el desarrollo del negocio futuro. Departamento compuesto de un equipo joven y en constante crecimiento.

* Formacin en ADE (administracin y direccin de empresas) o similar.

* Nociones de negocio y marketing digital.

* Nivel alto de Excel y Power Point.

* Inters por el mundo digital.

* Que seas una persona organizada, autnoma, gil y responsable.

* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y habilidades comunicativas. Persona flexible y asertiva.

* Ganas de aprender y una actitud positiva hacia el proyecto.
