Job Title: Associate Systems Engineer (SW Verification)
Location: Tucson, AZ.
Duration: 18+ Months Contract.

Job Description:
  • Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices, and implementation in complex systems and assignments. General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development, and testing to assess performance against design specifications; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions. Makes independent decisions. Assist in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root causes and possible engineering solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Learn to use company concepts, policies, and procedures, and be familiar with and follow standard practices.
  • Normally receives detailed directions on all work.
  • Works on projects of moderate scope in which analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
  • Makes suggestions to improve work processes.
  • Assists in reducing to practice of patentable inventions.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Participates in technical team activities.
  • Presents and discusses data within the group.
  • Monitors work to ensure quality and continuously promote Quality First Time.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a directly related discipline (Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bio design, etc)

Skills and Experience required:
  • Entry level with 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Experience in Software Engineering Principles
  • Previous experience using agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience in the medical device or biotechnology field or regulated industry is preferred.
