* Develop communication and implement strategy for effectively communicating shuttle route options to employees.

* Be point of escalation to customer questions and concerns, and respond, in a timely and service-oriented manner.

* Provide supervisory leadership and oversight of Program Coordinators.

* Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the day-to-day operations of the program.

* Think critically and develop process improvements.

* Respond to a high volume of phone and email requests for information and commute assistance.

* Develop an understanding of internal tools, software and other platforms.

* Use Microsoft Office and other tools to track program data to analyze performance indicators.

* Partner with supplier teams to solve shuttle challenges and ensure a cohesive experience for shuttle riders.
