Summary of Responsibilities

The Senior Project Account Manager develops customer relationships by identifying customer needs, informing customers about the company's products or services, providing solutions, and recommending new and better products. Handles customer requests and issues via telephone, fax or email. Coordinates with the outside sales team and project coordinators to ensure that customers receive the best service possible. Responsible for increasing sales within a specified territory through the development of relationships with potential customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers. Responsible for developing and managing project plans and resources required to complete projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. Partner with Project Coordinators and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

Develops and implements sales plans to expand business in the assigned territory. Contacts regular and prospective customers to solicit orders. Answers questions about products, prices, durability and credit terms. Prepares estimates and Project bids to meet specific needs of customer and end user. Interacts with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve customer and service related issues. Shares market and competitor intelligence with all applicable channels within the company. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluation employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. Resolve, trace and escalate critical issues to management to minimize project risk factors. Coordinates and executes the completion of milestones for documentation required by customer. Attends and leads meetings relating to project progression. Define and prepare project responsibility assignment matrix. (RACI matrix) Preferred Qualifications

7-10 years in project execution and project management environment. Bachelors degree or higher is a related field. Project /Technical valve experience. Experience with EPCs and Specification requirements. Project management training and experience. Strong understanding of capital project management processes and principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Autonomy

Nature of work requires general supervision, exercises judgment. May be paired with a mentor. Work typically involves regular process checks or review of output by a coworker and/or supervisor. Leadership

Oversee and supervise staff to ensure timely delivery of projects. Environmental Job Requirements

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
